2015 Project Brief: MIAD Two50Two

Milwaukee, WI – Two50Two, the newest residence hall for students attending the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD), debuted in the 2014-2015 school year. Across the street from MIAD’s main academic building and steps from the Student Union, the new mixed-use building offers ideal housing for students, and creates an identifiable MIAD District.

“The new residence hall further enhances our innovative and supportive learning community. In addition to living adjacent to their workspaces, students have opportunities to show their work inside and outside the building, with outdoor terraces for seating and student activities.”
