Accounts Payable Support  [ Milwaukee ] Part-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated team player to round out the accounting team in our Milwaukee office. Desired skills include proficiency in general ledger/accounts payable systems, as well as Excel, Word and 10-key by touch.  The ideal candidate will be personable, organized and possess a strong work ethic and has strong communication skills. Familiarity with Ajera project accounting system a plus, but not required. Tasks will include logging, verification and data entry of payables, cash management, customer credit and collections, record keeping and report generation. Range of responsibilities may also include assistance with payroll and insurance, coverage for other accounting staff when away.  Tasks may grow depending on skill of applicant.  A minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience and HS diploma required. College coursework in accounting preferred.  Position is anticipated to require between 20 and 24 hours/week.

Project Manager/Project Architect [ Milwaukee ]

National architectural firm seeks motivated, dedicated team players to join our creative offices in Milwaukee as a Project Architect (MARCH degree preferred, with 3-10 years professional experience ideal).  Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD highly valued; other 3D and rendering applications a bonus.  Areas of project focus include multi-family, student and senior housing, mixed-use, corporate, hospitality, cultural (museums, theaters) and public projects (in particular, libraries).
