Milwaukee, WI – The Standard at East Library, a new mixed-use development on Milwaukee’s East Side, is the second development of its kind for the City of Milwaukee. Collaborating with the Milwaukee Public Library District, developer HSI Properties and Engberg Anderson Architects were able to design the catalytic project for the community as a part of the “Rethinking Libraries for the 21st Century” Plan set forth by the Library District.
