Energized by the activity of the area, the United Development team is working on a multi-phased, 4-building development. The project’s design ties into nostalgic & historic overtones of the area, while re-interpreting them with a modern influence. Residents will surround a multi-faceted amenity courtyard, a Community Room, and various activity spaces. A highlight of the development is an attractive, all-seasons pocket park on the far Northeast corner. Not only will the space promote an urban neighborhood experience, but it will also create a retail destination for residents and the public.
