Having outgrown its existing corporate office spaces in a northern Milwaukee suburb, Infinity HealthCare decided to consolidate its departments into a new corporate headquarters in the upper floors of the Chase Tower in downtown Milwaukee. While the move was a drastic change, the extraordinary views of Lake Michigan, the Milwaukee River and downtown Milwaukee quickly helped the relocation gain acceptance among the employees.

As a multi-regional staffing firm for hospital emergency rooms, Infinity HealthCare employs a large staff of highly respected and dedicated people. To support and maintain this staff, the company’s goal was to provide an exceptional office space that would contribute to their employee’s well-being and productivity. While looking for a clean and classic design, the company wished to appear neither conservative nor ostentatious. The resulting design offers a visually interesting, yet calming, design, composed of a neutral color pallete and gently curving walls and soffits. The results of the relocation have boosted the company’s image, allowing them to retain staff as well as attract potential employees from competing regional urban centers.
