The Patient Tower at Baptist Health Louisville medical campus us a new 275,000 sf outpatient surgery center and patient tower addition. Faming the east end of the campus along Brown Park, the nine-story building is a significant expansion of the hospital. Working closely with hospital staff and administration, the design became the solution to meet their growing needs and expand on their vision to create a place “where patients want to receive care, employees want to work, and physicians want to practice.”
The work our firm completed on the campus provided the hospital one hundred forty-four new patient rooms, eight additional operating rooms, twenty-four prep/recovery rooms, a new post anesthesia care unit and a healing garden.
