Engberg Anderson partnered with Horty Elving of Minneapolis to fulfil the goals and objectives identified in the master plan completed by Engberg Anderson and Ejj Olson & Associates. The new multi-story building provides residence for 240 in (4) 15-resident and (18) 10-resident households. A town center with lower-level service access connects resident neighborhoods. All resident rooms are private with a full bathroom, including an accessible roll-in shower. Each resident household contains a living room, den, dining room and kitchen, and shares service areas with an adjacent household.
