Halling & Cayo, S.C. is a recognized local law firm, located in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward District. Engberg Anderson provided a spaces needs analysis for a 10,000 sf tenant space within the historic PH Dye House. The design team had to consider several factors including, staff efficiency, image and corporate branding, integration of client artwork collection, flexible design and variety of work spaces.
With a variety of design elements, the team was able to provide Halling & Cayo staff with an open workplace with options for collaboration, private offices and space for client interaction. The overall design complements the client’s contemporary taste in this historic building.
