Bader Rutter’s rapid expansion pushed this marketing and advertising agency to rework their 14,000 sf Creative Department to increase staff density and add collaboration and team spaces. Through color, materials, and furniture, Engberg Anderson designed a creative and inspiring work environment. Along with open office workstations, the newly designed department included a variety of non-desk work environments like a coffee bar, booth seating, a creative lounge, and technology-enhanced furniture resulting in greater collaboration and impromptu interactions.
