Planning

Collaborative Approach + Understanding Our Community | A charette is a process of gathering information from various groups and working collaboratively to develop a feasible design and development solution that will spur economic growth in a neighborhood or community. This collaborative approach blends community vision with the expertise of our team in an educational and creative process. It includes interactive discussions amongst key stakeholders to address design, policy, economic development and equitability, and social issues. By understanding the needs and aspirations of the community, we integrate input from both stakeholders and the general public. Engberg Anderson Architects has been involved in several different community urban planning design charettes.
