Engberg Anderson Architects specializes in planning and design and construction administration of historic structure renovation, restoration and contextual addition projects. To reinforce this passion, we have chosen to house our offices in the historic P.H. Dye House, downtown the Historic Third Ward. Approximately one half of our public or private cultural projects are National Historic Landmarks or are within historic districts. Of various sizes and complexity, many of these projects such as Ten Chimneys, First Unitarian Society, Historic Pabst Theater, and Colectivo Coffee’s Lakefront Cafe (formerly Alterra MMSD) have received prestigious awards.
