Engberg Anderson Architects is a community-driven architecture practice. Our focus is on design projects that serve a greater purpose, both in the Midwest and throughout the US. To support our goals, we seek to expand our team by adding individuals who are looking to grow professionally and with our firm, and support them as they develop their skills, and share their talents.

  • Our employees are encouraged to cultivate new ideas and collaborate with others
  • We provide a platform for individual professional and personal growth through education and support
  • Our work environment allows for cross-pollination of studios and is open and engaging

We are a 50+ person family of architects, designers, interior designers, interns, comedians, artists, and happy-hour goers! See below for opportunities to work with us!

A vibrant, award-winning national architectural firm seeks talented and dedicated team players to join any of our creative offices as Project Architects and/or Project Managers (MARCH degree preferred, with minimum 5 years of professional experience required).  Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is highly valued; other 3D and rendering applications are a bonus.  Areas of project focus include multi-family, student and senior housing, corporate, cultural, and public projects, including libraries, aviation, and public markets.
