The KCT Credit Union project is a renovation of the Credit Union’s Main Branch. The renovation updates the first-floor public space, including the lobby, offices, workstation areas, restrooms, and teller line areas. The reconfigured floor plan optimizes workflow by consolidating the main teller line and drive-thru teller line zones. This also granted space for additional private offices and a comfortable lobby. Visual clarity, enhanced patron experience, and branding were also vital to the Credit Union. An additional notable feature is the custom sound baffling with integrated lighting that controls sound transference from the first level to the second level through the existing opening in the ceiling.
