Milwaukee developer Mandel Group Inc. was selected to buy and develop new apartments on the School Sisters of Notre Dame’s 30-acre Elm Grove campus.
The School Sisters plan to leave the Watertown Plank Road property in November 2021 and move into a planned $40 million project at Mount Mary University’s Milwaukee campus. About 100 sisters currently live in Elm Grove.
