Royal Capital Group LLC this summer will open 112 apartments across from Fiserv Forum, which is the first new housing in the downtown Milwaukee arena district.
The apartments line South Sixth Street and are connected with the city-owned parking structure that serves Fiserv Forum. See the attached slideshow for a look inside the Five Fifty Ultra Lofts project before it is complete.
Milwaukee-based Royal Capital group is building those apartments through an agreement with the Bucks team owners, who control the vacant land north of the arena and intend to develop it with offices, hotels and other housing.
“In today’s market, location and overall walkability are valuable amenities for any new apartment community coming to the market,” said Terrell Walter, Royal Capital development manager.
