Mandel Group Inc.’s plans for the former School Sisters of Notre Dame campus include 230 apartments, single-family homes and potentially more rental units for seniors.
Mandel Group won the opportunity to buy the 30-acre campus from the Sisters, and is in the early stages of seeking village approval for a major redevelopment. Conceptual plans include three large buildings with stone and wood exteriors that would flank the historic structures along Watertown Plank Road.
