Bill Robison
Principal
Bill Robison joined Engberg Anderson more than 30 years ago because he believed that the firm offered the greatest opportunities for design creativity and professional growth, and that has proven true over the span of his time here. Designing and leading a wide variety of projects through the years has given him the opportunity to deliver award-winning designs that resonate with clients and communities alike. His passion for quality is balanced by a recognition that the best design happens through collaboration. Projects should reflect the aspirations of the client, the creativity of the whole design team, and the spirit of their community they will serve. Being surrounded by a talented team of designers brings out the best of these traits and makes the work better and more rewarding. “The best projects end in beautiful and well executed buildings, but also in lasting relationships. Those outcomes together are what make this job special.” Leading projects ranging from mixed-use developments and public libraries to corporate, hospitality and retail, his work focuses on placemaking and strengthening communities through design.
After his many years with the firm, Bill has accepted the mantle of president, a role that fits his focus on raising up others to do their very best. His attitude and approach made him a clear choice and have helped the firm to expand and sustain strong client relationships, and to retain and develop a talented and skilled team who support one another in delivering great architecture.
