As proposal coordinator, Tess works cross-functionally in the firm and uses her versatile skillset to build relationships and create materials. The collaboration with architects and designers allows her to creatively tell stories and design graphics to demonstrate the impact and ethos of Engberg Anderson. Tess graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2023 and brings 3 years of diverse marketing experience to the role.
