Advertising Agency Expansion

Bader Rutter, a thriving marketing and advertising agency, had outgrown their current offices. Engberg Anderson helped to create new space through reorganization and efficient place planning on the first floor, to house a walk-in innovation lab and creative engine. The new space better reflected the essence of their growing workforce and focused on client experience. This imaginative use of limited space invited collisions of creativity and allowed for unplanned collaboration in the spaces “in-between.”
