Keystone on Brady

Designated as a historic district, Brady Street is an architectural showcase of building types and architectural styles. The Keystone on Brady, as the first mixed-use housing building to be built on Brady Street in decades, is designed based on the guidelines of the City’s Historical Planning Commission. Our team understood the importance of being coherent with the design and surrounding spaces, harmonizing the new building with the historic character of the district.

The mixed-use building consists of 22 residential apartments, 3,300 square-feet of commercial space at street level, with 15 underground parking spaces and 8 at-grade interior parking spaces. The “L-shaped” footprint of the building matches the shape of the combined parcels, constructed along North Humboldt Avenue and East Brady Street.
