MATC Hurvis Auto Lab

Engberg Anderson was selected a new and innovative automotive teaching environment on the MATC downtown campus.  This new classroom and lab setting will bring hands-on opportunities in a two story volume that was created in the space of a former lecture hall.  The new lab will feature various lift components, high-tech analytical equipment, and an isolated detailing booth, along with various simulation components and the latest in automotive tech. A second level will also feature technology-rich dividable classrooms which overlook the lab below, and all will be visible from the exterior through a two story window wall, opening the lab and its activities to the passing community. This will allow MATC to feature and promote the innovative training opportunities offered through this new program – a new focal point to draw attention the many other programs they offer.
