The District
West Bend, WI
The District is a two-building, four-story multifamily development at the northern end of West Bend’s historic downtown. Overlooking the Milwaukee River to the east, the development includes 177 units and a corner retail space with a generous outdoor patio. Seven walk-up townhomes facing Main Street sit nestled in a courtyard formed by the larger multifamily building. Eight units with direct walk-out access front the newly revamped riverwalk on the site’s east side. This project will redevelop an old brewery site helping to revitalize the local economy.
