Located on Olde Main street in Green Bay’s art district. 901 Main is a modern twist nestled into an existing historic fabric. The building uses a vertical break that distinguishes the slight angle which opens up to the beautiful Whitney park. At 25,000 square-feet, 901 main consists of 20 residential apartments, 3,000 square-feet of commercial space and 10 interior parking spaces. 901 Main utilizes fiber cement siding, corrugated metal panel, and monarch sized white masonry. Several of the units include recessed balconies and floor to ceiling glazing to allow as much light into the interior of the units as possible.
