The Oneida philosophy emphasizes the importance of its elders as a sign of a strong and vital community. This resident-centered care community provides 41 acuity adaptable one- and two-bedroom resource-enriched apartments for skilled nursing or assisted living care needs.
The building serves as a focal point for the Oneida Elder community by offering physical therapy space, activity space, and a large 150-person senior meal dining room. Sustainable design elements are incorporated throughout the design.
