Tennyson Prairie Senior Living Community, which is in progress, is located on the northeast side of Madison, WI. Master planned to create a total of 300 units, the first phase will include 60 independent living apartments and house 60 assisted living residents. Tennyson, a licensed CBRF, will have both frail care and memory care. Because community outreach is important to the client, the common space for this project will offer a wellness center with a therapy pool, a coffee shop/pub, multi-purpose rooms, and accessible outdoor activity areas.
