Pabst Milwaukee Brewery + Taproom

Building 23

Milwaukee, Wisconsin

An iconic church on the historic Pabst Brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee is now home to a two-story craft brewery and restaurant. Tax credits were used as an incentive to restore the 1872 cream city brick and limestone structure back to its former glory.

A small-batch brewery resides on the ground level. The original second-floor sanctuary is now a beer hall-style bar and restaurant, featuring three copper-wrapped that backdrop the main bar.  An outdoor beer garden expands customer capacity and enjoyment during the warmer months of the year.
