Lasata Heights is a Senior Apartment facility originally constructed in 1987. This project will provide renovations to all 60 units, updating kitchens, interior finishes and fixtures, transforming each unit into a modern, yet comfortable living space. Three units will be extensively refurbished in order to meet current accessibility standards. The project will be phased over several years to accommodate the cycle of fund allocation.
