With site constrictions in mind, Engberg Anderson designed multiple floor plan options maximizing our client’s footprint and creating efficient spaces for tenants. Five Fifty utilizes brick/masonry and fiber cement siding on the exterior and quality finishes throughout the interior. The design features many amenities including a rooftop clubroom and outdoor terrace, personal training gym + fitness room, a business lounge, and storage areas on every residential floor.
