Engberg Anderson’s expertise in both designing for office and retail tenants within adaptive reuse and historic preservation settings came into play in HUB 640. This reimagined gem, former home of a national chain retail store and its corporate headquarters, incorporates carefully restored exterior details with inviting and accessible entrances for both corporate and residential tenants. The design uncovers long-lost details and makes creative use of dramatic spaces and ample natural light once lost to the interior. Our team was able to quickly respond with studies for multiple tenant types and develop various amenity space designs.
