Engberg Anderson was selected to design a new and innovative automotive teaching environment on MATC’s Downtown Milwaukee Campus. Being funded by the largest-ever-received individual donation, the space not only had to be highly functional but literally have a great deal of “curb appeal.” This new classroom and lab setting brings hands-on opportunities in a two-story volume, created in the space of a former lecture hall. The new auto lab helps MATC feature and promote the innovative training opportunities offered through their new program and be a focal point to draw attention to the many other programs they offer.
