Two50Two Residence Hall
Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design
Two50Two, the newest residence hall for students attending the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD), debuted in the 2014-2015 school year. Across the street from MIAD’s main academic building and steps from the Student Union, the new mixed-use building offers ideal housing for students and creates an identity for the art school.
An Ideal Mix of Housing, Student Spaces & Retail
Located in the heart of the Historic Third Ward, the new building features five floors of housing above a ground floor retail space. The seventy-five fully furnished two-bedroom suites each accommodate four students with a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Each floor also features student lounges, common study areas and laundry rooms. The current retailer is Blick Art Materials – a perfect fit for MIAD students.
