Pima Association of Governments

Pima Association of Governments (PAG), chose to relocate to the Engberg Anderson designed One East Broadway mixed-use development in downtown Tucson. By doing so, they sought to increase interaction among their many departments and prominently feature their commitment to sustainable design principles.
The Engberg Anderson design solution featured a central, two-story circulation hub and use of open office workstation concepts to architecturally provide opportunities for interdepartmental interaction. The design team’s skillful evaluation and selection of materials and building systems reduced energy consumption, minimized construction waste, and provided for a healthier interior environment.
