The city envisioned a program and master plan for a town center that would complement the adjacent Mequon City Hall, public library and interurban bike trail, in an effort to create a more integrated destination for the community. Our team’s mixed-use development features a variety of retail options, multi-family housing and townhomes, and public spaces. Spur 16 features the adaptive re-use of three existing buildings to retain Mequon’s historic charm. The mixed-use development includes a clubhouse with a fitness center and pool as well as pedestrian-friendly access to the retail spaces, Mequon Public Market, and St. Paul Fish Company restaurant.
