A partnership between Sixteenth Street Community Health Center and ProHealth Care, the Waukesha Community Health Center provides primary care services to patients of all ages, in an area deemed “medically underserved”. The Center is housed in an existing building that has been renovated and expanded to a total of 17,120 sf. The clinic offers primary care medical services, and features 30 examination rooms, offices for 10 providers and “work pods” for 12 medical assistants. The clinic also contains a small Lab, support space for patients, staff and administrative functions.
