School Sister of Notre Dame Elm Grove

Engberg Anderson, hired by Mandel Development Group, is reimagining the School Sisters of Notre Dame campus in Elm Grove. The vision is to convert the former convent into market-rate apartments and bring new energy to the area. The project would restore two existing buildings and construct new ones, creating 237 apartments and 21 single-family housing lots. Local support and financing are underway for the project.
